- Prepare 800 mL of distilled water in a suitable container.
- Add 8.182 g of Sodium chloride to the solution.
- Add 0.402 g of Potassium Chloride to the solution.
- Add 0.294 g of Calcium Chloride to the solution.
- Add 1.204 g of Magnesium sulfate to the solution.
- Add 1.191 g of Hepes to the solution.
- Add 1.802 g of Glucose to the solution.
- Add distilled water until the volume is 1 L.
