Chloroquine Preparation and Recipe
Chloroquine solution has been used to remove red blood cell-bound immunoglobin.
To prepare L of Chloroquine:

Chloroquine diphosphate (mw: 515.86 g/mol) | 52 g | 0.1008 M |
- Prepare 800 mL of distilled water in a suitable container.
- Add 52 g of Chloroquine diphosphate to the solution.
- Add distilled water until the volume is 1 L.
- Sterilize the solution by passing it through a 0.22-µm filter; store the filtrate in foil-wrapped tubes at -20°C.
