Thiazole orange *CAS 107091-89-4*
Thiazole orange is a fluorescent DNA-binding dye commonly used to analyze reticulocytes and Plasmodium species. Its derivatives—SYBR Green, PicoGreen, TOTO, and YOYO—are widely used for detecting DNA samples, enhancing sensitivity and accuracy in applications like PCR assays and gel electrophoresis.
