6-ROX azide
6-ROX azide is an excellent alkyne-reactive fluorescent reagent for labeling alkyne-containing biological molecules through the well known click chemistry. It has the spectral properties identical to those of other 6-ROX conjugates, thus all the instrument settings of the 6-ROX conjugates would be applicable to the applications of 6-ROX azide conjugates.
