What types of samples can be used with an antifade mount medium?

An antifade mount medium can be used on live and fixed cells and tissues that have been stained with fluorescent stains. Cells can be viewed immediately. If long term storage is preferred, the reagent should be hardened overnight. Antifading mounting medium works efficiently with different stains such as rhodamine and fluorescein.
