What is a pH scale?

Posted May 24, 2024

Answer

pH scale is a numerical scale that measures the concentration of hydrogen (H+) ions in a solution to determine how acidic or basic (alkaline) a solution is. The pH scale is calibrated from 0 to 14, with ph 7 being neutral, pH values less than 7 indicating acidity, and pH values more than 7 indicating basicity.
