How do I find M+ peak?

Posted May 24, 2022

Answer

The M+ peak is usually the highest intensity peak within the cluster of peaks at the highest m/z value. The M+ peak can be found by first identifying the cluster of peaks with the highest m/z value. Within that cluster, the highest intensity peak is likely to be the M+ peak.
