Which method is better for measuring the amount of antibodies in a sample, ELISA or FACS?

Answer

FACS is a useful method for analyzing samples based on several parameters and is generally more sensitive. However, ELISA may also be sufficiently effective if simply wanting to measure the amount of antibodies in a sample.
