GADPH is a tetramer with a total molecular weight of 144,000 daltons. All four subunits: O, Q, R, and P are independent of each other, however each subunit contains the coenzyme NAD+ (11). Each subunit also contains 331 residues with molecular weights of 36,000 daltons.
