Answer
Several studies that have been done show that the LD50 of alcohol for humans is variable but higher than 2g/kg. This is assuming blood ethanol concentrations greater than 300mg/dL. LD50 of alcohol for humans is greatly influenced by gender. Women are more sensitive to alcohol and show higher toxicity at lower consumption levels compared to men.
