Can I add MitoROS dyes to my cell growth media?

Can I use it with growth media containing serum?

Yes, you can add MitoROS^™ 580 and MitoROS^™ 520 to cell growth media. We've tested both dyes in DMEM containing 5% serum, and they performed well. Furthermore, by adding the dye to the growth media it increases the dye incubation time (1-2 hours).
