Purified Mouse Anti-mouse Lime1 Antibody *mLIME-05, monoclonal*
Lck-interacting transmembrane adapter 1 is a 30 kDa transmembrane protein that can be expressed in the integral component of membrane and B cell receptor complex of cells. In mouses, Lck-interacting transmembrane adapter 1 is the subject of intensive examination because of the fact that it plays a role in the T cell receptor signaling pathway and B cell receptor signaling pathway. It is thought to be essential to organismal processes, for example, adaptive immune response. Lck-interacting transmembrane adapter 1 is an integral part of release of sequestered calcium ion into cytosol, I-kappaB kinase/NF-kappaB signaling and transcription by RNA polymerase II. It recognizes protein kinase and S-palmitoyl cysteine. Sequencing of Lck-interacting transmembrane adapter 1 has supported it contains 2 types of conserved structural units: cytoplasmic and extracellular domain.
