Purified Mouse Anti-human DAXX Antibody *DAXX-03, monoclonal*
Death domain-associated protein 6 (sometimes referred to as ETS1-associated protein 1, EAP1, Fas death domain-associated protein, Daxx or hDaxx) is a protein with a molecular weight of 95 kDa, found in the nucleoplasm, nuclear body and PML body of cells. In humans, death domain-associated protein 6 has been thought to be involved with essential functions like protein homodimerization and protein kinase activator activity. Death domain-associated protein 6 is the subject of comprehensive application due to the fact that it is involved with the extrinsic apoptotic signaling pathway via death domain receptors and androgen receptor signaling pathway. It plays an important role in organismal processes, for example, cellular response to sodium arsenite, viral process and activation of JUN kinase activity, and furthermore, is thought to be essential to DNA-templated trabscription, protein ubiquitination and apoptotic process. It reacts with protein kinase, p53 and protein N-terminus. It is a suppressor of DNA-templated transcription while also is a promoter of neuron death, protein phosphorylation and protein kinase activity.
