PerCP Anti-human CD72 Antibody *3F3*
The 3F3 monoclonal antibody binds with human CD72, a 39 - 43 kD transmembrane glycoprotein often located on the surface of B cells, dendritic cells, liver kupffer cells and macrophages. CD72 is associated with a variety of biologically interesting macromolecules/ligands, for example, CD5. CD72 is a relatively rare antibody target, with fewer than 500 publications in the last decade. Even still, CD72 is commonly used in flow cytometry applications as a phenotypic marker for differentiation of cell types, especially in the study of immunology. This antibody was purified through affinity chromatography and conjugated to PerCP (ex/em = 477/678 nm). It is compatible with the 488 nm laser and 667/30 nm bandpass filter (for example, as in the Agilent Technologies NovoCyte Advanteon).
