PE Mouse Anti-human R-RAS2 Antibody *EM-50, monoclonal*
Ras-related protein R-Ras2 (sometimes called Ras-like protein TC21 or Teratocarcinoma oncogene) is a protein with a molecular weight of 23 kDa, found in the endoplasmic reticulum and extracellular exosome of cells. In humans, ras-related protein R-Ras2 reacts with GDP, GTP and S-farnesyl cysteine. it is an integral part of neuron death. Ras-related protein R-Ras2 plays an important role in organismal processes, in particular, osteoblast differentiation and ras protein signal transduction. Ras-related protein R-Ras2 has been associated with essential functions like GTPase activity. It acts to positively regulate cell migration. Mutations and abnormalities in as-related protein R-Ras2r have been associated with a number of diseases, in particular, ovarian cancer (OC) and noonan syndrome 12 (NS12).
