FMOC-Asp(TQ2)-OH
FMOC-Asp(TQ2)-OH is a building block for in-sequence Lys labeling by Tide Quencher™ 2 (TQ2). TQ2 is the best quencher that is used to develop a FRET probe with fluorescein or other fluorescent dyes that have the similar fluorescence spectra such as Bodipy FL dyes. It can also be used with rhodamine 6G, 6-TET and 6-JOE derivatives.
