When should I use protease inhibitors?

One should use protease inhibitors whenever they are working with samples that contain proteases, such as cell lysates or tissue extracts. Adding protease inhibitors helps prevent the degradation of proteins by inhibiting the activity of proteases. Protease inhibitors have varying concentrations during their use. Their concentrations are given in the table below.
