Each cocktail is different from one another. Most commercially available protease inhibitor cocktails consist of protease inhibitors at various concentrations. The formulation may or may not include some of the following: AEBSF, Pepstatin A, EDTA, Bestatin, Aprotinin, E64, and Leupeptin.
