What is microRNA (miRNA)?

Answer
MicroRNAs (miRNAs) are small non-coding RNA molecules, typically around 19-25 nucleotides in length, that play crucial roles in post-transcriptional gene regulation. MicroRNAs primarily regulate gene expression by interacting with messenger RNA (mRNA) molecules within the cell cytoplasm. These small RNAs primarily regulate gene expression by silencing the activity of genes.
