What infections are caused by gram-negative bacteria?

Gram-negative bacteria cause a number of serious infections in humans including pneumonia, cholera, salmonella, meningitis, wound infections, legionnaires' disease, typhoid fever, klebsiella, and campylobacter among others. They also cause bacterial infections in the blood cells.
