What are the similarities between helper T cells and regulatory T cells?

Answer

Helper T cells and regulatory T cells are two subtypes of T lymphocytes that play important but different roles in the immune system. Both arise from precursor cells in the thymus during T cell development and both are able to recognize antigens through their TCRs.
