Should the stock solution of my Cal™ or Calbryte™ AM dye be colorless?

Yes. When reconstituted in DMSO, all Cal-500™ AM, Cal-520® AM, Cal-590™ AM, Cal-630™AM and Calbryte™ AM dyes, as well as FITC-based calcein AM dyes, form clear and colorless solutions (see Table 1 below).
