There are several things you can do to boost your T-cells including:
- Maintain a nutritious, well-balanced diet
- Get at least 7 to 8 hours of sleep every night
- Engage in moderate exercise regularly – the recommendation is 150 minutes a week minimum
- Cut back on sugar consumption
- Wash your hands frequently and especially when you get home from outdoors and before you touch any indoor surface
- Don’t smoke or vape – quit if you do
- Drink alcohol in moderation
- Stay up-to-date on all vaccinations
