Where is RNA polymerase located?

Humans have 3 types of RNA polymerases (I, II, III). RNA polymerase I is located in the nucleolus, a highly specialized nuclear substructure where ribosomes are assembled. RNA polymerases II and III are located in the nucleus. RNA polymerase IV and V are exclusively synthesized in plants.
