What is the difference between FluoroQuest Anti-fading Kit I and FluoroQuest Anti-fading Kit II?

Both kits are designed to give researchers a longer observation time by reducing the dye photobleaching rate; e.g. fluoresceins, rhodamines, coumarins, etc. FluoroQuest^™ Anti-fading Kit I is designed for slide imaging with a microscope. FluoroQuest^™ Anti-fading Kit II is designed for imaging using clear bottom microplates.
