Indocyanine green (ICG) hydrazide is a carbonyl near infrared (NIR) fluorescent dye. ICG hydrazides are used for labeling carbohydrates, glycoprotein, polysaccharide, and other biomolecules containing aldehyde or ketone via the well-known Schiff base chemistry.
