I am performing an ELISA using biotinylated goat secondary antibodies, can you recommend a working concentration?

Answer
AAT Bioquest offers two biotinylated goat secondary antibodies:
The following table provides various working concentrations to use in each application. It is important to note that the following are recommended concentrations. For best results, the optimal biotinylated secondary working concentration must be determined experimentally for each assay and is usually determined by using a series of dilutions in a titration experiment.
Application | Recommended Working Concentration |
ELISA | 20 ∼ 100 ng/mL |
IF | 1 ∼ 10 µg/mL |
IHC | 1 ∼ 10 µg/mL |
Western blot (WB) | 0.2 ∼ 1 µg/mL |
