How does spectral flow cytometry manage autofluorescence?

Answer
Autofluorescence is treated as an independent parameter in spectral flow cytometry, whose spectral patterns can be identified by spectral unmixing. Therefore, it can be removed during data analysis, simplifying gating and allowing for low-expressing targets to be more readily identified.
