How do you prepare a stock solution of 2,3-Diaminonapthalene?

What is the recommended concentration to use when staining cells?

The recommended concentration for a 2, 3-Diaminonapthalene (15221) stock solution is ~200 mM in DMSO. In this example, we will prepare a 2 mL stock solution of 2, 3-Diaminonapthalene at a concentration of 200 mM.

1. Prepare 1 mL of DMSO in a suitable container.
2. Slowly add 63.28 mg of 2, 3-Diaminonapthalene to solution with mixing.
3. Add DMSO until volume is 2 mL.

When staining cells, the recommended working solution concentration of 2, 3-Diaminonapthalene is ~ 200 μM. After staining incubate your cells for 60 minutes.
