How do I store my antibodies?

 The following table list recommended storage conditions for monoclonal, polyclonal and conjugated antibodies:

TypeStorage Conditions
Monoclonal antibody
  • Can be stored at -20 °C in 50% glycerol
  • Can be stored as pellets at 4 °C or -20 °C under saturated ammonia sulfate
  • Can be stored lyophilized at -20 °
Polyclonal antibody
  • Can be stored at ≤ -20 °C in small aliquots
Enzyme-conjugated antibody
  • Can be stored at 4 °C in small aliquots, protected from light
Fluorescence-conjugated antibody
  •  Can be stored at 4 °C in small aliquots, protected from light
