Answer
One method of attaching suspension cells to glass slides is to use poly-L-lysine coated slides. The poly-L-lysine helps with attachment due its cationic nature, which improves adhesion of negatively charged cell membranes. After fixing the cells, centrifuging, and removing the supernatant, the cells should be resuspended in PBS and then incubated on the poly-L-lysine coated slides for 1 hour, after with the excess suspension can be aspirated.
