Screen Quest™ Colorimetric Glucose Uptake Assay Kit can be scaled to fit the experiment, and components can be stored safely at <-20°C. So the answer is yes, the kit can be used over the course of several experiments. An important note, however, is that Component E MUST BE used after preparation with Component F (See protocol on page 3, step 4.2). It is not recommended to store Component E after it has been prepared.
