Yes, if you are using Cat# 10054 with an absorbance microplate reader measure absorbance at a wavelength of 575 nm. We also highly recommend taking a second absorbance measurement at 605 nm and then using the ratio of A_{575 nm} / A_{605 nm} to improve your detection limit.

If you are using a fluorescence microplate reader the fluorescence signal can be measured at Ex/Em = 540/590 nm.
