XFD488 goat anti-mouse IgG (H+L) *Cross Adsorbed, XFD488 Same Structure to Alexa Fluor™ 488*

XFD488 is manufactured by AAT Bioquest, and it has the same chemical structure of Alexa Fluor® 488 (Alexa Fluor® is the trademark of ThermoFisher). AAT Bioquest's iFluor® dyes are optimized for labeling proteins, in particular, antibodies. These dyes are bright, photostable and have minimal quenching on proteins. They can be well excited by the major laser lines of fluorescence instruments (e.g., 350, 405, 488, 555 and 633 nm). XFD488 goat anti-mouse IgG (H+L) conjugate has fluorescence excitation and emission maxima of ~491 nm and ~516 nm respectively. These spectral characteristics make them an excellent alternative to Alexa Fluor® 488 goat anti-mouse IgG (H+L) conjugate.
