Tosyl-Activated Magnetic Beads
3 μm, 2.5%
Tosyl-activated magnetic beads are useful for protein isolation due to the ability of surface groups to covalently couple with amino or sulfhydryl moieties on target biomolecules, such as proteins, antibodies, and glycoproteins. This allows for rapid immunoprecipitation (IP) of proteins and protein complexes.
These magnetic beads are supplied as monodisperse particles (3 µm in diameter) in a 2.5% (25 mg / mL) solution.
