Purified Mouse Anti-protozoa/plants/animals γ-Tubulin Antibody *TU-32, monoclonal*
Tubulin γ chain is a 34 kDa protein that can be expressed in the γ-tubulin complex and microtubule of cells. Sequencing of tubulin γ chain has exemplified it contains a primary structural unit, the tubulin domain. Tubulin γ chain reacts with GTP. It has been found to be involved in organismal processes, in particular, microtubule nucleation and cytoplasmic microtubule organization. It has been closely linked to key functions like GTPase activity.
