Helix Fluor™ 545, succinimidyl ester

FAM, TET, VIC, JOE, NED, TAMRA and ROX fluorescent dyes are frequently used for labeling oliogs. These fluorescent oligo conjugates are often used for nucleic acid sequencing and nucleic acid amplification. Our Helix Fluor™ 545 is an excellent alternative to the VIC dye for preparing fluorescent oligos as they have almost identical spectral properties. Compared to VIC, Helix Fluor™ 545 is much more water-soluble.
