Cl-NERF

Cl-NERF is a rhodol dye with pKa = 3.8. It has been mainly used for monitoring pH in acidic environments such as endosomes and lysosomes. Cl-NERF has a ratiometric excitation spectrum with 510/450 nm excitation ratio commonly used. The dextran conjugates of Cl-NERF has been used for detect the uptake of labeled probes into acidic organelles.
