BOC-Val-Pro-Arg-Aminoluciferin
BOC-Val-Pro-Arg-Aminoluciferin is a sentive luminescent substrate for alpha-thrombin. The non-luminescent substrate generates a bright luminescent product aminoluciferin that can be easily detected with luciferase. This substrate has also been used for the rapid detection of MRSA (methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus).
