Acetic Acid N-Succinimidyl Ester

Acetic Acid N-Succinimidyl Ester is a convenient reagent for blocking amino groups of biological molecules. It has an extremely small size, thus minimizing the negative effect of the molecules to be modified. It readily reacts with biological molecules (such as antibodies, peptides, amino-modified oligos) under mild conditions with optimized pH from 7.5 to 9.0.
