5-ROX glycine *Fluorescence reference standard for PCR reactions*

5-ROX glycine is used as a reference dye for performing PCR detections. Compared to the standard ROX dyes 5-ROX glycine has improved stability. The 5-ROX glycine has the similar spectral properties to those of 6-ROX.
