3'-DABCYL CPG *1000 Å*

DABCYL is one of the most commonly used dark quenchers for labeling oligos and peptides. The resulted conjugates are widely used as diagnostic probes such as Molecular Beacons and protease substrates. Because of its relative stability, DABCYL can be easily introduced at many positions within a Molecular Beacon during synthesis: at the 5'-end using 5'- DABCYL-phosphoramidite, at the 3'-end using 3'- DABCYL CPGs. The resulted oligo can be deprotected in the usual way. AAT Bioquest offers the most complete set of DABCYL derivatives for preparing FRET peptides and oligos.
