Tide Fluor™ 3 phosphoramidite [TF3 CEP] *Superior replacement to Cy3 phosphoramidite*

Tide Fluor™ 3 (TF3) phosphoramidite is a high-performance alternative to Cy3 phosphoramidite for the in-synthesis labeling of oligonucleotides. TF3-labeled oligonucleotides share nearly identical fluorescence spectra to those labeled with Cy3, but the significantly larger quantum yield of TF3 produces a much brighter fluorescence signal with greater photostability than Cy3. When paired with our Tide Quencher™ 3 (TQ3), TF3 can be used to produce a variety of highly-sensitive FRET peptides and nucleotides for detecting protease activity as well as molecular beacons with enhanced sensitivity and stability.
