FMOC-Lys(TF3)-OH
FMOC-Lys(TF3)-OH is a building block for in-sequence Lys labeling by TF3. TF3 has the spectral properties identical to Cy3. Compared to Cy3, TF3 is more stable to acidic and basic deprotection conditions. Our TF3 is also more fluorescent than Cy3 on peptides and oligonucleotides.
