FMOC-Lys(TF2-Boc)-OH

FMOC-Lys(TF2-Boc)-OH is a building block for in-sequence Lys labeling by TF2, an excellent and more affordable replacement for the least affordable Alexa Fluor 488. TF2 is one of the most common donor dyes for preparing FRET peptides (often paired with TAMRA or TQ2) since TF2 and Alexa Fluor 488 share the same R110 fluorophore.
