5-dTMR [5-Carboxy-4,7-dichlorortetramethylrhodamine]
5-dTMR (5-Carboxy-4,7-dichlorortetramethylrhodamine) is one of the four critical 4,7-dichloro-rhodamine dyes used as the BigDye terminators for DNA sequencing in combination with dR110, dR6G and dROX. ABI PRISM® BigDye™ Terminator Cycle Sequencing is the classic method for DNA sequencing.
